As the former Vice President of delivery for North America for TechMahindra, Uday has delivered massively complex software projects for some of the largest media and telecommunication companies in the world.
Uday has over 25 years of experience in building software teams around the globe including sourcing staff, training, outsourcing, and managing their growth. Uday is adept at translating sometimes disparate customer requirements into detailed development proposals and executing against those plans with continuous creative approaches to problem-solving. At TechMahindra, Uday founded the M&E Practice and delivered dozens of projects for some of the largest media companies from greenlight to consumer streaming apps and the monetization, CRM, CMS, and infrastructure to support them.

Mark Turner - President
Mark is a creative strategist and technologist with a passion for finding innovative solutions to tough business issues. As the President of Entertainment Technologists Development Corp., Mark leverages his nearly 30 years of management experience helping clients from Fortune 500 companies through to innovative and fast-moving start-ups.
As a former video game developer, Mark has a thorough technical background but with a rare combination of management experience across product development, business development, corporate strategy, marketing, and finance. Mark has had senior roles Ryff, Technicolor, Dolby, Microsoft, BT, and Eutelsat and is always innovating and learning. He was the founding Chairman of the Consumer Technology Associations AR/VR Committee, a founding board member of the UHD Alliance and served on various leadership boards at DEG, UltraViolet, and the Interactive TV Alliance.
Most Mark wrote and published the 2030 Vision for the Future of media production, VFX, and post in the cloud on behalf of all the major Hollywood studios, a detailed guide to the business/workflow impacts of Virtual Production and an interactive calculator for production costs. Mark has incubated and launched several entrepreneurial ventures is writing a book and producing two TV shows.
